Gauhati High Court

The Gauhati High Court is the High Court of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Arunachal Pradesh. At present, the sanctioned Judge strength of the Gauhati High Court is 24 including the Hon’ble Chief Justice and 6 Additional Judges.

Educational Qualification

# Must be a Graduate from a recognized University.

# Must have a Computer Diploma of minimum Six Months duration.

# Candidate must have a valid Employment Exchange Certificate.

Age

Maximum age of the candidate must be 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 for ST(P)/ST(H).

Application Fee

The application fee for OBC/MOBC is Rs. 500/- and for ST(H)/ST(P) is Rs. 250.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will be of three stages:

Stage 1: Written Examination {Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)} of 120 marks for 2 hours duration.

Technical Knowledge- 50 Marks
English Proficiency- 20 Marks
General Knowledge- 20 Marks
General Aptitude and Reasoning- 10 Marks

Stage 2: Skill test for 30 Marks. Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 will be shortlisted for skill test.

Stage 3: Interview of 20 marks. 3 candidates will be called for the interview against each 1 post.
