Medium of Computer Based Examination: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate must be 18-23 years as on 01-01-2025 (i.e., candidates born not before 02-01-2002 and not later than 01-01-2007).
SSC GD Constable 2024, Permissible relaxations in upper age limit for different categories are as under:

Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed the Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University as on or before the cut-off date i.e., 01-01-2025.
NCC Certificate Holders: NCC Certificate holders will be granted at the following scales: –

Scheme of Examination:
Computer Based Examination- The Computer Based Examination will consist of one Objective Type Paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 marks each with the following composition: –
